Organic when possible 

Peel all veg & fruit that’s not organic or wash with bicarbonate of soda & salt to remove the pesticides.

Everything in moderation, we are only meant to eat one meal a day not 3. 

Drink more liquids like smoothies and soups to give the digestive system a break. 

Fast 16 hours a day when possible so just have an 8 hour window where you eat.
